Here’s a fun fact about South Beach Boxing: Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne shot their 2010 video for “Knockout” here and, if you don’t blink, you can catch the studio’s logo on her gloves. This is South Beach’s longest continuously operating gym, and although the name has changed since it was first founded in 1998, it’s focus is still on teaching you how to jab, punch, and uppercut like a pro. Some of the biggest boxing heavyweights and athletes have trained here over the years, so expect an authentic, down and dirty boxing experience at one of its 50 classes per week.
