Barry’s Bootcamp’s hour-long classes are split into two portions: half of the time is spent completing cardio intervals on the treadmill while the other half focuses on strength training using free weights, medicine balls and resistance bands. On Tuesday’s, Barry’s put its focus on the butt and legs; the incline is upped on the treadmill and the floor routine sequences go heavy (wa-ay heavy) on the squats. A single class is $30. Now the Miami-based Mejia hosts classes across the country, encouraging women to accept their bodies while meeting their body's potential. Naturally, Mejia created a "Butt & Legs" class aimed at building lower body curves. The circuit-style course changes weekly and is offered at All Time Fit and SoMi Fitness. A single class is $20, followed by five class bundles for $90, and then ten classes for $150. Unlimited classes begin at $150 a month.
