New Years resolutions are still in full force (for a few more weeks at least!) and for many these yearly hopes may revolve around a treadmill, a yoga mat or a new CrossFit gym membership. But whether you're still excited to ring in the new year with a rockin' bod or you need a little motivation to keep at it, revamping your fitness wardrobe may be just the trick to get you off your couch and on your feet.
