Good news for the #Tamily! Tracy Anderson, the celebrity trainer of Hollywood celebrity trainers and founder of her own highly lucrative eponymous method, will be opening a pop-up studio at Bal Harbour Shops!
That's right #tamtribe, #tamhubbies, and every cult follower in between, you'll be able to enjoy the Tracy Anderson Method for a full eight weeks starting on Tuesday, March 1st. There will be a daily schedule of muscular structure and TAva dance cardio classes, digital workout sessions (with Anderson herself!), and private training services. There will also be an in-studio boutique where you can buy body-customized fitness DVDs, apparel, nutritional supplements, and more. You can book classes as early as 7am on weekdays and 9am on weekends.
True, group classes are a whomping $45 each (book them here), but here's how to rationalize the investment: one, it's the Tracy Anderson method, and the story of how it worked for her and Gwyneth Paltrow is pretty convincing. Two, a percentage of pop-up studio proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We'll be keeping a lookout for you, as Tracy is set to make a few appearances.
