You're well acquainted with the classic designers, like Gucci, Fendi, or Louis Vuitton. But what about the new crop of designers making waves in the wide world of fashion? Next Tuesday and Thursday, Creatures of the Wind designers Shane Gabier and Christopher Peters will be hosting trunk shows at Neiman Marcus at the Shops at Merrick Park and at The Webster at Bal Harbour Shops, which gives you the chance to pick the brains of two CFDA-approved darlings.
Elle describes Creatures of the Wind's aesthetic as "beautifully strange," which is a pretty accurate account. They take inspiration from mythology and subculture, injecting a bit of whimsy and imagination into their pieces while maintaining a level of sophistication. Gwyneth Paltrow, Elle Fanning, Hailee Steinfeld, and Lena Dunham are all fans, so come peruse the designers' Pre-Fall 2016 collection from 2 to 6pm on January 12th at Neiman Marcus at Shops at Merrick Park, and 2 to 6pm on January 14th at The Webster Bal Harbour.
