Brickell City Centre has unveiled its largest list of tenants to date! In the past, they've teased us with our favorite luxury tenants and our go-to, accessible brands, but this isn't a tease. They've unveiled forty new tenants! Forty! Each of which will surely satisfy all shoppers (and eaters) alike.
On the list of apparel stores we have Intermix's fourth Miami location, Armani Collezioni and two local shops, Koko & Palenki and Addict. Kate Middleton-approved brand Reiss is also opening (which they may have hinted at back when the Aventura shop closed two years ago), as is Orlebar Brown, Sundek, and 120% Lino.
Athletic wear moves into the scene with Brazilian fitness and swimwear brand LIVE! and SportsAction, which also has a location at Dolphin Mall. There are a few brands Miami isn't too familiar with, which includes BDBA, Crocus, In-Sight, and Rhythm of Grace (we'll dissect these for you soon).
As for accessories, Brickell City Centre has scored timepiece stores Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and Westime. Jewelry brands include Kendra Scott, Leetal Kalmanson, and Pandora. Eyewear stores include Italia Independent and Designer Eyes (which has locations in South Beach). Two other brands, Font and Kreations, are opening in the accessories category as well. We're not very familiar with these, but we'll scope out the details shortly.
And let's not forget beauty! Nars is opening up its first standalone Miami boutique here, and Brickell Nail Bar and Sean Donaldson Hair are officially on the list to provide services.
The dining is crazy too. You can grab a bite at Taco Chic or Santa Fe, chill at the Big Easy Winebar & Grill, or get your roll on at Luke's Lobster. French transplant Confiserie du Roy René will be opening as is DavidsTea and American Harvest. What's even better, though, is that Wynwood health food hotspot Dr Smood is opening inside Brickell CityCentre, which brings organic, kosher, non-GMO options to a mall. We know. THIS IS AWESOME. (Of course, they also announce that Haagen Daz is opening, because what mall is without one?)
Like we reported before, luxury brands will be located throughout the first floor which is street-accessible and contemporary retailers will be on the second. Dining is on the fourth floor. The best part of the layout? There will be a Miami Metromover stop that exits directly into the shopping center's third floor to allow easy and convenient access. Plus, there's going to be a two-story underground parking garage.
Stay tuned for more coverage.
