If you A) like champagne and B) like copious amounts of it, then the only event you need to splurge on this year is the Clicquot Carnaval. Veuve Clicquot is bringing this bubbly-infused extravaganza back for a second year in a row and trust us, it's totally worth the $100 price tag.
Last year's event brought on a barrage of celebs including Solange, Jamie Chung, Emily Ratajkowski, Chelsea Leyland, and even William Levy, and to this day local attendees are still buzzing about it. The champagne never stopped flowing, the music never stopped playing, and the buzz only kept building. Champagne and food truck bites aren't included with your tickets (bummer), which go on sale on Wednesday, January 20th, but carnaval dancers, feathers, glitter, and celebs are.
This year the event will be taking place on Saturday, February 20th and promises the same kind of party– a la Brazil– with so much more space. We'll see you at Museum Park from 1 to 6pm, soaking in tons of bubbly along the way.
