If you missed The Barre Code's opening this past weekend, here's your chance to stock up on complimentary barre classes. Pilates ProWorks, a new boutique pilates studio, is opening on the intersection of Merrick and Aragon tomorrow. To celebrate, its offering an ENTIRE WEEK of free classes from January 12th through January 16th!
What we know about Pilates ProWorks so far is that it has eleven locations, from San Francisco to Bogotá, and it has its own patented FitFormer system, which you'll be able to enjoy in its spacious Coral Gables studio. The studio is offering free PilatesPro classes, which combine resistance, lengthening, strength training and cardio, as well as free MatBox classes, which incorporates kickboxing, mat Pilates, and yoga in one high energy class. Also, take advantage of its opening day special: $99 for one month of unlimited classes, which would usually ring you up $255. We'll be testing it out for you this week and letting you know how it goes.
