Man, Brickell City Centre is keeping us on a tight rope here! Every few weeks the under construction mega project announces a steady stream of new stores (unless one leaks), and this latest announcement is one we're especially happy about. Ready...
Giuseppe Zanotti, La Perla, Bally, and Kiton are all opening at Brickell City Centre! Giuseppe Zanotti needs no introduction, and if you're an avid lingerie shopper in Miami, you're well acquainted with La Perla's sultry, high-end undergarments. Both have stores at Bal Harbour Shops, which is in charge of a part of BCC's retail leasing (Simon scored the other half).
But in case you're unfamiliar with Bally, the Swiss leather retailer opened its only Florida location in January at Aventura Mall, and its new design director, Pablo Coppola, has been making some amazingly modern leather bags and shoes for men and women. As for Kiton, this will be the Italian tailoring brand's second Miami location, and you'll be able to find ready-to-wear suiting for men and women when it opens in Brickell.
The condominium, office, and hotel component at Brickell City Centre are set for completion beginning winter 2015, and the retail component should open some time after.
