DOWNTOWN MIAMI– To happy hour or to yoga? Girl, you can do both! This Thursday Exhale is hosting its 5th annual NamasDay yoga party at the Epic Hotel. There will be free yoga classes, trunk shows, cocktails, light bites, fire dancers, contortionists, a tarot reader, and more, so read up to find out how you can participate, fo free. SOUTH BEACH– The Raleigh is kicking off its very first Penthouse Session this Thursday, from 9pm to 2am, an event that features live music and cocktails on the hotel's 8th floor, 6,000 square foot penthouse. This Thursday features local fave Spam Allstars, so you know it's going to be good. The event runs quarterly, so it'll be another few months before the next one. MID BEACH– On Thursday, the Carillon is also having a live music night. From 6 to 9pm, head over to the Ocean Terrace to listen to live bluesy jazz stylings by The Davis and Down trio.  Light bites and cocktails will be served (like a classic Ramos Gin Fizz), and valet is discounted for attending guests. DOWNTOWN MIAMI– Dust off your old rollerblades and take those skates out of storage for Bay Skate, taking place this Friday from 5pm to 12am at Bayfront Park. The event is free and open to the public, for kids and adults alike, and although skate rentals will be available, they still recommend bringing your own skates.  There will be food truck bites and cocktails for purchase, but we wouldn't suggest drinking and gliding. WYNWOOD– Whip out ye old thick rimmed glasses and freshen up on your Atari intel, because there's going to be a Nerd Party this Friday at Shots Miami. On Friday, cosplayers, video gamers, book geeks, movie buffs, anime lovers and everyone in between will outfit themselves in their best nerd gear for a chance to be one of two lucky winners of $500. Admission is free and drinks and shots are 50 percent off from 5 to 10pm. Shots Miami, 311 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL.

CORAL GABLES– Local Coral Gables boutique Aleren is celebrating it's 12th anniversary this Friday! The store is throwing a party from 5 to 8pm and will feature a trunk show and meet and greet by local designer Karina Grimaldi. There will be cocktails, and the entire store will be 20 percent off. WYNWOOD– Bookleggers turns three this Saturday! To celebrate, the organization, which collects and donates free books to hungry readers in Miami, is hosting a little shindig at BoxElder Craft Bear market. There will be $3 drink specials and $3 food specials The Lone Wolf Food Truck. And as a thank you gift, you'll get a free book! The party runs from 5 to 10pm, and no RSVP is necessary.
