Remember when Hottest Trainer 2014 runner up Eric Richard Allen chatted with us last year about wanting to be a rapper? Well, looks like the Ford Model turned ERA Fitness founder finally got his wish!
This celebrity trainer (he counts Patricia Heaton and Emily Bergl as clients) has created his own fitness cover to Silentó's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)", swapping the whips for "lifts" and the Nae Naes for "protein shakes." And like any proper rap video would have it, there are plenty of bikini-clad women shaking their
derrières protein shakes in a jacuzzi. That is, when they're not box jumping, leg curling, and hang cleaning at Eric's command. Alright we'll quit talking your ear off. Now get to that video so you can "watch em pull" and "watch em Superman."
