Miami is a huge city for conventions and trade shows (i.e. Art Basel, Swim Week), and now we've just added one more to the list. Agenda, a trade show known for cool, streetwear brands (the kinds that Hypebeast goes wild for) is bringing its winter show to Miami, reports The 305.
On the east coast, the show usually takes place in New York. This year, however, they've decided to skip the snow and hit the sand. Or, well, Wynwood actually. The move wasn't based solely on weather, though.
"Our NYC show has been primarily focused on street and skate," conveyed show founder Aaron Levant to Shop Eat Surf. "With this move to Miami we see a huge potential to bring more of our surf and lifestyle brand partners into the mix."
In his interview, Levant also mentions he may be thinking of bringing another Agenda trade show to Miami in June or July to attract more buyers from the Southeast. For now though, you can count on Mana Wynwood being filled with cool up-and-coming and established brands on January 18th and 19th.
