Saturday Fitness Events: Barry's Charity Block Party, and Free Yoga at Sports Authority or The Regent, With Cocktails

Everyone decided to have a fitness event this Saturday.

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

SUNSET HARBOUR– You know you've wanted to try Barry's Bootcamp ever since we unveiled Derek Degrazio in our Hottest Trainer competition. This Saturday, Barry's Bootcamp is hosting the first annual Sweating for a Change block party, which brings together multiple Sunset Harbour studios to benefit Playing for a Change Day, an event that supports and creates music and art programs for children around the world. Both Barry's and Anatomy will be hosting fitness classes from 8am until about 1:45 pm, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be going towards the foundation. Jugofresh will be donating 100 percent of its profits on the juicery's new Athlete's Water to the foundation too, and to keep the generosity going, The Bay Club (which is just around the block from Barry's) has created a Tequila, berry, lime, agave, and aperol cocktail, whose funds will be also be going to the foundation. Fitness classes at Barry's are $30 and you can reserve them here. The class at Anatomy costs $25 and you can reserve by calling (786) 213-1220. Barry's Bootcamp, 1835 Purdy Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139

DADELAND– This Saturday, Sports Authority is hosting an exclusive vinyasa flow yoga class with Under Armour athlete Kathryn Budig at Dadeland Station. Doors open at 8am, where you can get yourself fit in Under Armour's brand new sports bras (which, side note, are AMAZING). Yoga runs from 9am to 9:45, and Kathryn will be answering all your fitness classes immediately after. You won't get discounts on bras (unless you're part of The League, in which case you'll get four times the points if you buy any Under Armour items), however you will be leaving with a swag bag (we hear there's a fun tank top inside). Three winners will receive a larger prize valued at $250 which will be mailed to them. The event is free and open to the public, just make sure you contact uaevents@sportsauthority.com to reserve your spot. Sports Authority at Dadeland Station, 8312 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL.

SOUTH BEACH- Care to get a little sunset yoga in at one of Miami's best bars? In lieu of National Yoga month, the Regent Cocktail Club is hosting a yoga class followed by free manicures and chair massages on the Gale South Beach's rooftop from 6 to 11pm. There will be complimentary Elyx cocktails, and the event is free and open to the public with RSVP. Gale South Beach, 1690 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL.
