Could Fred Segal be opening in Miami?! Hollywood's celebrity "It" store for denim and other trendy trinkets is looking into Solē Mia, a soon-to-be developed shopping, dining, and residential community in Aventura. After receiving word on our tipline, we checked in with a leasing agent who confirmed that they are indeed scoping out the area. No lease has been signed, though, so keep those fingers crossed.

Our faithful tipster also noted that Barnes and Noble, Restoration Hardware, and furniture store Arhaus are looking at Solē Mia to house potential stores as well. According to the development's master plan, there is 1 million square feet of retail to be had and space has already been allotted for two department stores, a gourmet grocery, a sporting store, a home goods store, and a few junior anchors, not to mention smaller stores, a cinema, and a fitness center.
