Jugofresh Is Launching Its Free Yoga Class in North Miami

If you've ever been to a Yoga Del Barrio class in Wynwood, then you'll know what's up. Jugofresh is spreading its free yoga vibes to North Miami, and you'll get your first taste tomorrow at 6:15.

North Miami's first Yoga Del Barrio class will take place on the third Wednesday of every month at the Flying Lizard Boutique, an activewear store that's located in the same shopping center as Jugofresh, Biscayne Commons. 305 Yoga and 305 Gangsters founder Terri Cooper is leading, so expect it to be good.

And if you're wondering about the other neighborhoods, don't worry, yoga is still happening! Yoga Del Barrio in Wynwood is lead by Dawn B. Feinberg and will take place at the Wynwood Walls, while Yoga Del Barrio in Coral Gables is held at the Coral Gables Museum and is lead by Pablo Lucero. Both classes start at 6:15. Bringing your own mat is highly encouraged, and no RSVP is necessary.
