Meet the designer behind the brand, Theresa Ebagua at this Thursday's Fashion for Breakfast, hosted by Teen Vogue's Marina Larroudé and hosted by local luxury shoe boutique, Capretto. You'll get to scope out Chelsea Paris's Pre-Fall 2015 collection as you listen to the designer talk business and shoes. SOUTH BEACH– Poshmark, an app that lets you resell items in your closet, is hosting a Sassy Summer Style #PoshParty this Friday from 6 to 9pm at The Standard Spa Hotel. There's no need to bring physical items, just make sure you have a bevy of clothing articles on your phone to sell. Saturday, August 15th

FORT LAUDERDALE– Need your flea fix? Make your way to this month's Fort Vintage Flea Market on Saturday, from 9am to 2pm. The focus here is on antiques and upcycled finds, however you'll find artisanal food stalls, handmade items, and plenty of other treasures throughout the studio's outdoor event space. A portion of the proceeds from will directly benefit Hope South Florida, which helps South Florida's homeless community. C & L Studios, 541 NW 1st Ave., Fort Lauderdale.

WYNWOOD– This Saturday, head to Wynwood for Colony1's Turnip the Beat Market Festival from 10am to 5pm. Throughout the day there will be educational and healing workshops (galactic sound healing or how to regenerate your lifestyle, anyone?), yoga, gardening lessons, a raw food demonstration and even a workshop to teach you how to best use medicinal weeds. BRICKELL– A girl (or guy) is only as powerful as their network, right? This Saturday from 12 to 4pm, score tickets to the NU You Empowerment Brunch, hosted by Love & Hip Hop's Cyn Santana, who also founded the NU You brand. The event will feature a panel of influencers talking about topics like touching on topics like health, wealth, fashion, beauty success, life, and entrepreneurship, plus beauty bars, juice bars, boutiques, henna, giveaways, raffles and more. Tickets are $35 to $150, and food and unlimited mimosas are included. BIRD ROAD ARTS DISTRICT– Ready to dust off your old guayabera? Head to Mano Fine Art for a guayabera reception for Tony Mendoza, an artist who through his works, CubanAmericanisms, portrays all the nuances Miami life presents and is responsible for many murals throughout South Florida. The event will take place from 7 to 10pm and is free to the public.
