SOUTH BEACH– Poshmark, an app that lets you resell items in your closet, is hosting a Sassy Summer Style #PoshParty this Friday from 6 to 9pm at The Standard Spa Hotel. There's no need to bring physical items, just make sure you have a bevy of clothing articles on your phone to sell. FORT LAUDERDALE– Need your flea fix? Make your way to this month's Fort Vintage Flea Market on Saturday, from 9am to 2pm. The focus here is on antiques and upcycled finds, however you'll find artisanal food stalls, handmade items, and plenty of other treasures throughout the studio's outdoor event space. A portion of the proceeds from will directly benefit Hope South Florida, which helps South Florida's homeless community. C & L Studios, 541 NW 1st Ave., Fort Lauderdale.
WYNWOOD– This Saturday, head to Wynwood for Colony1's Turnip the Beat Market Festival from 10am to 5pm. Throughout the day there will be educational and healing workshops (galactic sound healing or how to regenerate your lifestyle, anyone?), yoga, gardening lessons, a raw food demonstration and even a workshop to teach you how to best use medicinal weeds.
