Big day, Coral Gables! Jugofresh has officially opened on Ponce de Leon just a couple of blocks away from Miracle Mile between Andalusia and Valencia avenues, thus giving you an endless supply of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, vegan foods, and more.
This new juice bar is smaller than Jugofresh's other five locations, but features all of its design elements like wooden walls, bright, grungy artwork, and sleek steel counters. It definitely feels like more of a grab-and-go sort of juicery, however there's ample space for you and a few of your friends to kick back, relax, and #drinkmadjuice on your lunch break or after a crazy workout sesh like Jugofresh's free Yoga Del Barrio class, which will take place every third Wednesday of the month in the Gables.
Recently, Jugofresh partnered with Miami-Dade County Public Schools to plant one green garden at a time near each of its seven shops (its North Miami location is opening on June 15th). The campaign starts today with the opening of Jugofresh in Coral Gables. Ten percent of Jugofresh's sales this week will go towards funding George Washington Carver Elementary School's Green Garden program, and the Jugofresh squad will be volunteering their time to teach kids how to take care of the garden and eat healthier for a better future in this ongoing partnership.
