Phase one of the Design District's luxury domination in Miami is almost complete, but there are still a few stores, like Dior, Tom Ford, and Hermés, that have yet to usher in shoppers. Well the latter, Business of Fashion reports, finally has an opening date. You'll be able to shop Hermés as of November 6th, and you should probably expect some pieces that are exclusive to Miami, a la Louis Vuitton.
The site reports that you'll be able to find leather goods, fashion, and accessories at this store, the same way you would at its temporary boutique located just a block away. And Birkin bags. Oh, the Birkin bags...
This boutique will be "carrying" the Birkin Sellier 40, the most minimal of all the Birkins, in case you want to upgrade from your trendy, under $1000 bag. At $14,900, it's a big upgrade, to say the least. Remember, though, Birkin's are elusive creatures and being on a 10-year wait list for one of these beauties is commonplace. This bag is the upper echelon of exclusivity. Luckily, there shouldn't be a wait list to check out the store.
Oh, and don't think we didn't catch on to the fact that the brand's Summer 2015 campaign was shot in Miami. We'd recognize that fabulous Art Deco architecture anywhere.
