Calvin Klein is pulling a Beyoncé and heading out west to LA. Curbed Miami reports that he's selling his Miami Beach mansion at 4425 North Bay Road, mostly because he's seriously over Miami and thinks all of Miami Beach is one giant resort where no one works.

"Not to compare apples to oranges, but Miami Beach is a resort. LA is where people work, not only in the entertainment business, but all different walks — the social media world — it's a new experience," he said to Page Six. Why, yes, Mr. Klein. Miami is one giant party and none of us work for a living. None of us.

Interested in buying? Not so fast. Mr. Klein is being very selective with who will reside in his Spanish-style Miami Beach home filled with bamboo trees and adorned by Italian and Moroccan artisans. "It may sound crazy, but I wouldn't sell it to just anyone," he tells Page Six. "I want to sell it to someone who appreciates the aesthetic." Hopefully he finds one eternal vacationer who admires his taste.
