While retail rates in Miami skyrocket, a cupcake store in Pembroke Pines is being sold for $100 and a well written essay, Eater Miami reports.

It's pretty and pink with a cherry on top, and owner Lisa Cann is giving it away in a contest due to health issues, states the South Florida Business Journal. Your mission: pay a $100 entry fee and write an essay about why you should be running the show at Royal Treatz.

The contest runs through the summer, and the final entries will be posted to Facebook at the end of August, as Cann hopes to officially turn the business over by September 1st. It's going to someone who will put their heart and soul into it, so look into your soul and ask yourself if you really want that cupcake shop.
