BAL HARBOUR– Recently, Bal Harbour debuted The Fashion Project, an experimental space that explores fashion and the culture surrounding it. Tomorrow, The Fashion Project will be hosting its first FP: Talks of the month, and the theme is "Mall or Museum? Indoor Malls, Museums, and the Future of Cultural Spaces." The talk explores how American Malls may be transforming into the next American museums and is lead by Jake Yuzna, Director of Public Programs at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, and curator of NYC Makers: The MAD Biennial. MID BEACH– A little bit of vino, a little bit of vinyasa– who could ask for more? Every Friday this month from 6:30 to 8:30pm head to Circa39, a quaint boutique hotel on Collins, for a yoga class and a wine tasting and light bites to follow. Class is lead by Lululemon yogis Liz Grant, Tash Golden, and Yana Guseva, wine is being served by WunderBar, and bites are being served by Essensia. It's $25 prepaid, $30 at the door. DOWNTOWN MIAMI– What workout junkie doesn't perk up at the thought of training with the same fitness instructors that get Jessica Alba, Magic Johnson, and members of Fall Out Boy in shape? This Saturday, head to Bayside for the Ultimate Fitness Expo, a free day of workouts led by some of the industry's most renowned fitness pros. Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks will be leading the event, starting with a free Tae Bo class with Eric the Trainer, who has trained Dancing with the Stars contestants and pro boxer and actor Victor Ortiz.
