You know all about Nina Agdal's Redbike ride this Saturday for the Irie Foundation, but let's talk about the main event: Le Sutra's Model Beach Volleyball Tournament hosted by Wildfox. It returns for its sixth year in a row to Lummus Park between 8th and Ocean, set to heat up Miami during the coldest time of our year (Ok, it's not really that cold, but just roll with the hyperbole). Best of all, it's is free and open to the public.
Beginning tomorrow, America's top modeling agencies will take to the sand for two days, spiking and setting to see who will win a complimentary round trip to a mystery destination. Elite, Ford, Next, Wilhelmina- these are just a few of the many agencies competing for the golden plane ticket, and with such a grand prize at stake, these models definitely put their game faces on.
"We're defending champs," claims Celene M. Torres, a casting agent for Runways, The Talent Group. " We play for keeps. It's fun and games until Sunday comes. Then we sit the rookies down and put the veterans out." It's a serious game with some seriously hot bodies, so although there'll be a light winter breeze, we suggest you whip out some fans to cool yourselves down.
