1) Miami: Looks as if Miami's culinary world is losing and gaining a Top Chef alum. This week fan favorite Nina Compton announced she will be taking her talents to the Bayou, while another Top Chef alum, Dale Talde, said he'd be opening a third outpost of his popular namesake restaurant inside the Thompson Miami Beach this summer.
