Relax, Bal Harbour; Exhale Has Opened at the Ritz!

Exhale has officially opened in Bal Harbour! Located inside The Ritz-Carlton, exhale's swanky third Miami location features ten private therapy rooms, separate sauna and steam rooms for guys and girls, and all your favorite spa amenities you've grown to love at exhale at The Epic and Loews hotels. Plus, when you're view happens to be the Intercoastal Waterway, you can't help but put in an extra set of ten when you're getting your abs kicked at Core Fusion, but that part isn't quite open yet.

For now, only exhale's spa features are open, however they'll be opening their 1,000-square-foot fitness studio on March 1, which has a super serene waterfront terrace. It's open to hotel guests and locals, and an exhale membership here gets you access to the hotel's fitness center and beach. Who doesn't like laying out at the Ritz?

Update: They'll be opening the fitness studio in April, so for now get your yoga and Core Fusion fix at the Lowes South Beach and at The Epic Hotel in Downtown!
