Yesterday we briefly mentioned that Flywheel Sports would be opening up in North Miami Beach along with Jugofresh, but today let's give it a full spin. It's no mystery that the cycling craze has hit Miami hard, with studios like Redbike and, more recently, SoulCycle popping up around fitness-centered neighborhoods in Miami. Flywheel is on a move to make North Miami one and the same by the time the studio opens on February 22.
What can you expect to find inside this soon to open hotspot at Biscayne Commons? Flywheel's famed stadium-style seating and an atmosphere that legitimately feels like you're cycling through LIV. Just like the Sunset Harbour location, you'll be able to track your Torq, speed and power on Flywheel's TorqBoard, and see how you measure up with other riders in class. Then track all your rides and goals on flywheelsports.com.
But Flybarre aficionados, you're not left out either! This studio boasts a full FlyBarre studio to chisel your muscles after copious amounts of cardio, because as Flywheel Sports founder Ruth Zuckerman says, "Given that bathing suits are the year-round wardrobe staple, we understand the need to provide the most effective, results-driven workout - a product that we consistently deliver every single day."
But let's get to the juicy part: trying out Flywheel FO' FREE.
The brand is offering complimentary friends and family rides and barre classes Thursday through Saturday before its official opening. All you have to do is create a profile at flywheelsports.comand then email your username and requested classes to email@example.com. See below for the schedule.
Alright, we got a little excited. Flywheel isn't offering complimentary classes to the entire universe, but they are hoping you guys go check them out. For more info on trying out classes, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
