No company likes a good designer collab more than Disney. Marc Jacobs, Del Toro, Dooney & Bourke– these are just a few of the luxury labels who have partnered with the cartoon-driven conglomerate. Now, Missoni has jumped on the bandwagon, but the question is this: would you pay $150 for a pair of Minnie Mouse ears?
The ears are available exclusively at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resorts inside its two boutiques Wardrobe and Fable. There are six to choose from and all contain Missoni's signature Chevron print with a little bow. It's a definite upgrade from the classic ears you'd find at the park and a luxurious answer to the myriad of DIY ears you can find on Etsy.
But still, $150 for a set of ears you'll wear once every few years (or months if you're a true Disney enthusiast) sure feels like a lot. True, they might make the perfect holiday gift for that person in your life who's undeniably Disney obsessed, but then again, so would these Cinderella-inspired heels from Saks.
