Your First Look Inside Forever21's Even Cheaper Store, F21 Red

And you thought Forever 21 couldn't get any cheaper. Over the weekend, the fast fashion behemoth's lesser priced spinoff opened at The Palms at Town and Country in Kendall, and we popped inside to scope it out.

The one-story shop is pretty massive and carries something for everyone in the family, quite literally. Womenswear covers three fourths of the store, while there's a formidable section for men, a small section for little girls, and a central spread of accessories like shoes, purses and jewelry. There's a pretty large plus size section filled with great deals, plus one reserved for lingerie and another for activewear.

But now, let's talk about what you're really thinking. Is F21 Red really that different from Forever 21? How cheap is it, really?

In short, F21 Red is not that much different from Forever 21. But whereas you'd have to sort through dozens of trendy polyester pieces to find that one basic cotton tee at Forever 21, at F21 Red, it's laid out for you to shine in all its basic staple glory. Here is where you go when you "just need to find that basic white crop top" or "you really just need a plain tank dress to get by." But don't be fooled– the basics here follow fast fashion trends. At the time we went in, we spotted matching, body conscious crop top and pencil skirt sets, denim dresses with laced up V-necks, and plenty of stacked heels and stilettos.

And as for the prices? Yes, they really are that low. There's proof of the $1.90 tank tops above, plus $7.90 denim, and lingerie for $4. Of course, not everything is that bottom-line. You'll find some trendier items in the $10 to $30 range, and even those pieces feel like a steal. Check out for yourself, and try not to swipe the store clean with F21's dirt-cheap deals.
