We have another big Brickell City Centre rollout for you! 12 new tenants have been announced for this massive under-construction, and this one's for the clothing, shoe, and candle lovers out there. Let's break them up into categories.
Clothing
French luxury label IRO is opening its first Miami store here, as is Mirto, an Italian tailor of menswear and womenswear. As we predicted Adolfo Dominguez is opening his second Miami store (there is currently one in Merrick Park).
Shoes and Accessories
Miami favorites Stuart Weitzman and Coach are soon-to-be-tenants, as is Porsche Design which currently has a store at Aventura Mall. First timers in Miami include two Italian footwear brands: Michele Lopriore, known for shoes that are two parts fierce, and one part sensible, and Capritouch, a brand known for beautifully bedazzled leather sandles.
Scents and Home Goods
Diptyque! The most well-known pricey candle co and perfumery with sample sales that send New York up in arms will be opening its first store in Miami. As for our noses out there, Acqua di Parma is opening its very first Miami store (in the meantime, you can find it at Sephora) and Italian perfumary Santa Maria Novella is opening its first store here as well. Nest Casa, which was formerly housed in the Design District, in a beautiful vine covered building, is relocating here too.
This brings Brickell City Centre's total tenant count to 25 so far, which includes Valentino, Giuseppe Zanotti, La Perla, Kiton, and Agent Provocateur, to name a few. Follow our story stream below for updates.
