The shop is aiming to be more interactive, letting guests try a variety of the products through a "process of discovery." So what does this mean for the shopper? Well Origins will now be offer complimentary mini-facials that range from five to 20 minutes long, new communal sinks where guests are encouraged to sample products, and a free-standing sample wall that includes rows of glass, candy-store style jars, making it easy for customers to select and test products at home before purchasing.
And if you find something you like Origins now offers a complimentary gift-wrapping service, too. Because no one likes to deal with the stress of gift wrapping after a gratis facial.
