Glamsquad Brings Hair and Makeup Pros to You for Under $75

First Vensette, now Glamsquad. On-demand beautification services are taking over the faces of Miami's residents, and if Racked LA has anything to say about it, Glamsquad promises to be one gorgeous addition.

Glamsquad brings hair and makeup services right to your doorstep from 6am to 10pm for under $75 each. Download the app, choose from nine hair services— from braids to blowouts— and six makeup services— from flirty to fresh faced— and just relax as your professional beautician works magic on you from the comfort of your own chair. Bonus? The app also offers group appointments for bachelorette parties, bridal showers, and even quinceñeras, making your life that much easier. You can also book in as little as one hour.

The idea sprouted one New Year's Eve when co-founder Victoria Eisner realized the only thing she couldn't get delivered to her doorstep was beauty services. Although the brand launched just one year ago in New York, it already has major credibility with Alexandra Wilkis, co-founder Gilt Groupe, at the helm. "There was no question Miami would be the next city on our list. Women here love to get dressed up and beautified," she said to Miami.com.

As for the team behind the beauty looks, creative director Giovanni Vaccaro comes from Frederic Fekkai and director of makeup artistry Kelli Bartlett comes from MAC Cosmetics. Both have experience styling celebrities and models for red carpets and fashion magazines like Harper's Bazaar.

So far the app is only available for iPhones, however you can also book on their desktops.
The service is available on desktops and iPhones, and will travel to appointments in Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.
