Wet Seal dropped a serious bomb on us this morning when they announced the closing of over 300 stores Unfortunately some of them are here in Miami. According to store and mall employees, Wet Seal at Sunset Place closed yesterday and Wet Seal at Miami International Mall closed earlier this week. The Dadeland Mall location has officially closed as well, as has the store's Broward Mall location, leaving us with only three Wet Seals in Dade County and Broward: Bayside Marketplace, Pembroke Lakes Mall, and Coral Springs Mall, for now at least. Miami's Wet Seal employees have handled it with more grace than Seattle's, but it's still a sad day for 90s nostalgics everywhere.
