Could you believe the year comes to a close in less than four months?! This year we've already witnessed a few big openings. On Lincoln Road alone, the doors went agape with fervor for Zara and Gap's largest Miami flagships, and Adidas by Stella McCartney opened its first stateside store there, as did Delpozo in the Design District, proving that Miami is moving forward as a major fashion capital. A few other cool guys came to town too, like Rick Owens, Rag & Bone and Charlotte Olympia, but that's just chipping the iceberg when it comes to Miami's best store openings.

The year's not over yet, though, and it's going to take more than two hands to count all the great stores that are coming to Miami, including Diane Von Furstenberg, Theory and Helmut Lang, a Webster Men's Store and an AllSaints outlet just outside of Dade County's borders. Some have rough dates and some have absolutely no information at all as to when they're opening, so if you have any information about these stores, or have any tips on other potential openings let us know in the comments or shoot us a line at miami@racked.com, and we'll consider adding them to the list.

Should be Opening Around September/October
AllSaints
AllSaints was slated to open an outlet in Sawgrass Mills this October, however a mall rep tells us that the British retailer should be opening sooner than expected, within the next few weeks!

Vince
Vince will be opening its first store in the market, a 2,600 square foot space at Bal Harbour Shops, this October. Those are all the facts we have... for now.

The Webster Men's
The Webster's exclusively menswear store should be opening around the end of September at Bal Harbour Shops near The Webster's womenswear locale, and promises to bring well-to-do fashion to gents from brands like Saint Laurent, Givenchy and Balmain.

Definitely Before Basel
Theory and Helmut Lang
In a tale of more minimalism, Theory and Helmut Lang will be moving into a joint shop in the Design District, which should be opening up before Art Basel rolls around in December. This will be their first standalone shop in Florida, although Theory does have an outlet at Sawgrass Mills.

Aziari
Aziari, a luxe Italian-made menswear brand, will open its first U.S. flagship at The Falls within the first two weeks of November. Expect small, exclusive collections of fine button down shirts, tailored blazers and suits in both deep and pastel colors.

Supply & Advise
After much delay, Supply & Advise should be opening up anytime between mid October and early November. They were projected to open around June 2014, but two floors of U.S. made apparel, a barbershop and coffee and cocktail bar take time to build, so we reckon' it'll be worth the wait.

Probably Before The Year Ends
Lululemon
In possibly the most buzz-worthy shopping story this year, Lululemon is in the process of taking over the first floor where foodie fave Van Dyke Cafe used to be. They plan on restoring the facade to how the building originally looked back when it was built, and the inside will be decked out in artwork by David Lebo, who painted the hull of Norwegian Cruise Line's Getaway docked at the port of Miami. The store should definitely be open before the year ends.

DSquared2
The eccentric fashion house mentioned in an interview with Style.com, that they planned to open up shop at Bal Harbour. A mall rep confirmed that they'd be opening up a 2,000 square foot boutique late December.

We Have No Freakin' Idea
Zadig & Voltaire
Zadig & Voltaire was supposed to have opened on Lincoln Road in April and in Design District come November. These plans seem to have been pushed back, however, they're still on and rolling.

Diane Von Furstenberg
Construction fronts have gone up at Aventura Mall for a Diane Von Furstenburg store. No clue yet as to when the store is opening, but it's located in the Nordstrom corridor.

Fendi
Fendi will be opening up shop in Aventura Mall, but we have absolutely no idea when or what the store will look like. It's located between Nordstrom and JCPenney, right next to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
