Walmart in Midtown Miami may have gotten the OK from city commissioners, but there's no stopping the swarm of opponents, who now have over 3,000 signatures in their petition against it. They argued in front of a judge yesterday, stating that zoning laws were overlooked, and that "Walmart destroys three jobs for every two jobs they create." No word yet on whether or not the project has a go, but we should know within the next two weeks. Hold tight until then. [7 News]
