If you're looking for artisan pantry goods in Wynwood, you've found them at the softly opened Miam Cafe & Boutique, located a block away from NE 2nd avenue inside of that cool black and white zebra building. And no, that isn't a typo. Miam is a french word that stands for "yum," and the fact that there's a retail portion to this cafe makes it that much more delicious.
First and foremost it's a restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and everything in between using ingredients from local farms and artisans. Secondly, it's a small market, offering artisan gourmet products like local honeys, olive oils, coffee, tea, food and cooking books and more. Oh! And there are also craft beers and wine. Plenty of wine. Check it out with your friends over the weekend, and grab a few goodies to take home while you're at it.
