If it's not on Eater's Heatmap for August, then you shouldn't be eating there until September. More news from our hungry sister site, Eater Miami...

1) Everywhere: Here is the latest and greatest Eater Miami Heatmap update, for August. It includes a few new additions —all of which you can check out this way— and all the hottest restaurants you should try ASAP.

2) Brickell: Take a little bit of London swag, mix it with Peruvian classics, import it to Miami and you've got Coya. Behind it is entrepreneur Arjun Waney, the investor who backed Miami's popular Zuma, and who's turned his London original into one of the city's hottest restaurants (even named best restaurant of 2013 by Zagat). Looking forward to this one.

3) Downtown: Super, super early announcing of two new restaurants — so early that they have no name and no concept. But we know they're coming (and one of them will be a rooftop spot. Woot woot.). They'll both be located on the Miami River in Downtown's new multipurpose East Coast Building, which has already broken ground and plans to open sometime in 2015. Stay tuned.
