Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you're shopping at Westfield Broward, you may soon be able to pre-order your food at the food court. They've just developed an app called Dine On Time, where you can browse menus, add items to your cart and check them out. You can even have your food delivered, which is a strange concept. Could you imagine ordering Panda Express into Saks Fifth Avenue if this idea catches fire? The ladies in the couture section would have a field day. The app is currently only available in San Francisco, however you can push to bring it to Florida by emailing them here.
