Raw Republic To Create a Juicing Movement in Aventura

A green juice bar called Raw Republic has just opened in Aventura. By green, we mean that it's brand new. We also mean that inside its painted green. As the first cold pressed micro-juicery in the area, we must admit it is quite micro inside. Then again, so are Tiffany's boxes, and we all like Tiffany's boxes.

For the next two weeks, they're offering 25 percent off everything inside, including fresh smoothies, cold pressed juices, acai bowls and merchandise with their fun, bold, orange logo. Co-founder Zack Stein admits that since their soft opening on Friday they've had a great response. Crowd favorites have included the Eight Wonders, Paradise and Ginja Ninja juices as well as the PBA and Pretty in Pink Bowls. There are plans to expand, however nothing is set in stone as they are just focusing on this first location at the moment.
