In little more than a month, Lincoln Road will be getting its very own Intermix store. According to WWD, September 8 will mark the opening date of the trendy retailer's third Miami location, which will be at 1005 Lincoln Road.

This location will be much artsier than the others, as the Intermix team has hired Miami-based artist Francesco LoCastro to paint custom wall murals within. The brand has also partnered with Pieter Ceizer, a typography guru, to create a limited-edition Magic City sweatshirt for the Lincoln Road shop. This $98 warmth trapper will be sold online and at the store.

There are currently two other Intermix locations: one lower down on Collins Avenue and the other within Bal Harbour Shops. The Bal Harbour Shops location is getting a facelift and slight expansion and is set to reopen in November.

According to Khajak Keledjian, founder and chief executive of the trendy retailer, each of her Miami clients are very different. In an interview with WWD, she states that the Lincoln Road client is "chill," the Collins Avenue shopper is "layering Iro jackets with A.L.C. shorts," and the Bal Harbour buyer "likes designer pieces with a refined, chic vibe."
