1) Coconut Grove: The Terra Group's latest design-intense condo project, Park Grove, designed by that starchitect of starchitects Rem Koolhaas, has released floor plans of two of its three towers. Expect spaciousness, luxury features, nice layouts, but no oddball starchitect-induces curveballs.

2) Everywhere: And in more skyscraper news, we surveyed the latest incumbents for the nominally impressive title of Miami's tallest building.

3) Edgewater: Related has chosen a crop of fresh faced young talent to create the art in the sculpture garden in the public park of their latest-to-top-off project, Icon Bay.
