It feels like a new store pops up every week in Miami, but even so, our minds keep racing towards the same usual suspects. We're asking local style gurus to squeal about their favorite shopping grottos around town. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

There's nigh a person in the universe who's as qualified as Roxanne Vargas to write a quintessential guide to Miami. Lifetime Magic City resident and host of "6 in the Mix" on NBC 6, she knows the ins and outs of her hometown, especially when it comes to the style scene. On the heels of releasing 100 Things to do in Miami Before You Die, a book she co-wrote with author Maruchi Mendez, we decided to pick the local anchor's brain to see where she gets her bright body-con dresses for when she's on-duty and her stylish mom-approved bling when she's off.

I am a wife, a mom and a TV Host so I am always on the go! When I do have time I love to shop around and support our locals, like checking out what's new and fun at ISA Boutique in the Gables. I do a lot of online shopping too, and I'm obsessed with my latest accessory additions. I've always felt that the right statement piece can make an outfit, so I've put a stamp on my pieces – literally - with TAudry. I have a name plate with my son's name on it. It's a precious secret because no one needs to know but me, unless you ask of course, and when someone does, I get the "Awe!". Julian and a heart is written on my plate and it makes a statement fashionably and personally. I love layering it with other monogramed necklaces that represent my hubby and me too. Call it the sappy sentimental side of me, but I love wearing a cool piece of jewelry that's an ode to fashion and my family.
