SkyRise Miami- it's happening. Miami commissioners approved a deal last week, wherein Bayside Marketplace and the developer of SkyRise have a guaranteed 99-year lease. The downtown mall will get some much needed renovations and SkyRise will rise to the rankings of other iconic world structures, or so we think. [Miami Herald]
