Jars are useful for holding many objects- cut-up fruits, bobby pins, sweet tea and whisky, and, last but not least sharks, although that might soon become extict. Yes, "Sharks in a Jar" are a thing. They're real cartilaginous organisms floating in an eerie blue liquid located within Miami's kitschiest tourist shops. There's a possibility that these puppies are illegally captured and kept, and it looks like Miami New Times is at the forefront of this shark tale. [MNT]
