1) South Beach: Come July, Vintro Kitchen will open inside the upcoming Vintro Hotel & Kitchen, a boutique hotel on Collins Avenue. Helmed by chef Giorgios Nikolas Bakatsias, the 67-seat eatery will serve up seasonal Mediterranean dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
2) Miami Beach: The Broken Shaker at The Freehand is changing things up a bit. They've hired a new chef named James Seyba, who previously worked with Michael Schwartz's 150 Central Park on Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Sea cruise ship. Seyba's created a new menu and added a few beers.
3) Miami Beach: So not only will Michelle Bernstein be opening up a totally new concept in the Michy's space (once it closes), but she'll also be opening a restaurant at the soon-to-open Thompson Miami Beach. Go Bernstein! More details this way.
