Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

SoulCycle, we've been waiting a long time for you to ride on over, and it seems the day is on the horizon. The very far horizon. Ok, more like the almost hypothetical horizon because you won't be opening for a very, very long time, but we thought everyone should know regardless.

SoulCycle will be opening its first Florida location on the bottom level of Brickell Heights, that snazzy high riser they're building smack-dab across from Mary Brickell Village. Equinox will be opening its third Miami location there too, and from the rendering above this three-story gym looks as though that view will have you running on your treadmill for days. Both gyms are expected to open come 2016.

To SoulCycle enthusiasts in cities across New York, California, Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts, this is more than just hopping on a specially made SoulCycle bike. It's a 45-minute, amped up class with highly trained coaches and music so good you'll almost feel as though you were at a cooler version of Story. The teams over at Racked New York, L.A., San Francisco and Boston have been buzzing about SoulCycle for years now, so we're pretty stoked to join in on the pedal love.
