A Miami DJ is suing Target, claiming that a mob attacked him and his wife after they swept up $5,300 worth of Jason Wu merchandise in Midtown back in 2012. One mobster went so far as to crash her cart into them, while others threatened to "kick his ass" outside as they encircled him. This, of course, is cause enough to sue for false imprisonment as well as emotional distress, correct? It seems that to this "fashion vulture," as some media outlets were quick to label, it's the only solution. [Miami New Times]
