Taperia Raca Opens Today; Shikany in Photos

This Eater Miami update is already making us hungry...

1) MiMo: Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli and partner Alex Casanova are opening their newest restaurant, Taperia Raca, today. Helping chef Rapicavoli in the kitchen as he splits his time between the two restaurants is ex Preservation chef Ryan Harrison. Get ready for lots of Spanish small plates and tapas, traditionally prepped, but with a twist.

2) Wynwood: Eater photographer Cortney Cates scoped out Shikany this week to get a peek inside before the spot opens next week April 1. Here are photos and more details on Michael Shikany's new namesake eatery/cooking school.

3) Brickell: It's been forever in the works, but Porcao Farm to Grill is actually open, sort of. They're taking walk-ins, but their "official" opening date isn't until next Wednesday. Check it out this way.
