It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, and Curbed Miami knows why.
1) South Beach: It's Hotels Week at Curbed and we're celebrating by going on a tour of the renowned art collection at the Sagamore Hotel, the first hotel in Miami to seriously amass its own collection of contemporary art.
2) South Beach: 1500 Ocean Drive, a building which starchitect Michael Graves designed and in which he owned an apartment for about 20 years, is considering redoing its public areas in a very un-Gravesian style. Postmodern lovers are shuddering at the thought.
3) Port of Miami: David Beckham wants to build a soccer stadium at the port for his new Miami soccer franchise, and here are the renderings.
