With Spring on the loose, it's time to hit the OFF switch on hibernation mode and Equinox South Beach wants to help. Tomorrow, March 25, they'll be throwing their annual Spring Vernal party, and it's open to members and non-members, at no additional charge!

The Spa @ Equinox will he offering specials, with the chance to upgrade any 50 minute massages to 80 minutes, free of charge. Even better, VitaSquad will be offering $20 B12 injections at their pop-up. A live DJ will be spinning as you squat across the floor to the snack table, or sprint once you realize that Catch Miami is catering. If you go, make sure to RSVP by calling the front desk. Nobody likes party crasher, especially at the gym.
