No, Pharrell still hasn't given Arby's its hat back. To celebrate International Day of Happiness today, the singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, musician, fashion designer and alleged vampire, although he won't admit it, has teamed up with Peace Love World to create a limited edition collection inspired by his "Happy" song, each featuring his iconic mountie hat. The collaboration launches today.
WWD reports that after seeing Ellen Degeneres flaunting an "I Am Happy" hoodie, he asked her about it and quickly contacted Peace Love World creator Alina Villasente to put his magical touch on some tees. We wonder if he caught this little gem of the staff at Peace Love World breaking into an office-wide dance.
There are three tees— a white woman's v-neck that says "I am Happy" and black crewnecks for men and children that say "Happiness is the Truth." Each has the brand's signature smiley face with Pharrell's signature hat on top. They're available for pre-order starting today, and you can expect them to land on your doorstep around March 28. Ok, you can pop in Pharrell's tune start doing the Carlton around your desk now.
