Wondering what Rita Ora was doing in our neck of the woods 'round December? She was unabashedly posing for her latest campaign for Material Girl's Spring 2014 campaign, "Material Girl Hits Miami." She got silly by our famous Welcome to Miami sign, skipped through the streets of Española Way, checked out a vintage car in front of the Park Central Hotel on Ocean and got festive with dolphin balloons at The Raleigh.
This is Rita's second starring role for Material Girl, which is the brain child of Madonna and her 17-year-old daughter Lola and can be found exclusively at Macy's. When asked why she chose Rita as the poster-child, Lola responded "Rita is the perfect fit for the Material Girl brand. She is a style icon who knows how to have fun with fashion." Madonna added, "Rita is fearless when it comes to fashion and expressing herself. We love her personality and think she perfectly embodies the spirit of Material Girl."
We're giving you a first look at the ads, as well as bonus behind the scenes shots and a video. The campaign will debut in the March issues of magazines as well as online, outdoor and in the Macy's store, but you can snag some pieces on Macys.com now, like the tribal print pencil skirt (Rita's fave!), the geometrically striped jump suit and the floral high-low dress she sports in the pictures.
